摘要
为了研究摇摆工况、天然气中所含的H_(2)O和N_(2)对海上天然气吸附净化脱CO_(2)的影响,开展了静止和摇摆工况下多组分混合气体在干燥和含H_(2)O的13X分子筛上的动态穿透实验。采用质谱仪对CH_(4)、CO_(2)和N2按比例进行配气,获得了CH_(4)/CO_(2)和CH_(4)/CO_(2)/N_(2)两种多组分混合气体;在静止和摇摆工况下,通过动态穿透实验测定了不同时间下混合气体中每种气体在干燥和含H_(2)O的13X分子筛出口处的分压,得到了穿透曲线以及穿透时间;通过穿透曲线分析了静止和摇摆工况下干燥和含H_(2)O的13X分子筛对两种混合气体中CO_(2)的吸附净化效果,进而得到了摇摆工况下H_(2)O以及N_(2)对海上天然气吸附净化脱CO_(2)的影响。实验结果表明,无论在静止还是摇摆工况下,13X分子筛对CO_(2)的吸附能力最强,对N_(2)的吸附能力最弱;N_(2)的存在有利于海上天然气吸附净化脱CO_(2),而H_(2)O和摇摆不利于CO_(2)的脱除。
In order to study the influences of swing,H_(2)O and N_(2) on the removal of CO_(2) from offshore natural gas by adsorption and purification,dynamic penetration experiments of mixed multi‐component gas in the dry and aqueous 13X zeolites under static and swing conditions were carried out.Mixtures of CH_(4)/CO_(2) and CH_(4)/CO_(2)/N_(2) were obtained by matching CH_(4),CO_(2),and N_(2) in proportion through a mass spectrometer.In addition,under static and swing conditions,the partial pressure of each gas in the mixtures at the exit of the dry and aqueous 13X zeolites at different time was measured during dynamic penetration experiments,and the penetration curve and penetration time were obtained.The adsorption and purification effect of CO_(2) in the two mixtures in the dry and aqueous 13X zeolites under the two conditions was analyzed according to the penetration time,and then the influences of swing,H_(2)O and N_(2) on the removal of CO_(2) from offshore natural gas by adsorption and purification were clarified.The experimental results show that 13X zeolites have the strongest capacity in absorbing CO_(2) and the weakest capacity in absorbing N_(2) under static or swing conditions.N_(2) is conducive to the removal of CO_(2) from offshore natural gas by adsorption and purification,while the swing and H_(2)O fail to do so.
