十九届六中全会系统总结了党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验,重点总结了新时代党和国家事业取得的历史性成就、发生的历史性变革和积累的新鲜经验。纵观百年党史,我们党之所以不断从胜利走向胜利,一个重要经验是始终坚持马克思主义的指导地位。党的十九届四中全会明确提出“坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的根本制度”,这是中国特色社会主义制度在意识形态和文化领域的重大创新。在此基础上,党的十九届六中全会明确指出我国意识形态领域发生全局性、根本性转变。这一转变需要我们对坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位这一根本制度的内在逻辑进行深刻把握,阐述其内蕴的价值逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑,是进一步统一全党意志的需要,也是迈进第二个百年奋斗目标新征程的应有之义。

The sixth plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee systematically summarized the major achievements and historical experience of the Party’s centennial struggle,focusing on the historic achievements,historic changes and fresh experience accumulated in the cause of the Party and the country in the new era.Throughout one hundred years of Party history,an important experience of our Party is to always adhere to the guiding position of Marxism.The fourth plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee for the first time explicitly stated that "the fundamental system of upholding the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology",which is a major innovation of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the field of ideology and culture.On this basis,the sixth plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee clearly pointed out that China’s ideological field has undergone an overall and fundamental change.This transformation needs us to deeply grasp the inherent logic of the fundamental system of upholding the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field,and to elaborate its inherent value logic,theoretical logic and practical logic,which is the need to further unify the will of the whole Party and the proper meaning of the new journey to the goal of the second century.
