摘要
探讨以2,2-二溴-3-次氮基丙酰胺(DBNPA)为主要杀菌成分的复合反渗透膜杀菌剂中和剂选择及其杀菌效果,为实际应用提供参考。根据DBNPA的分子结构,初步确定中和剂类型及组合,再通过悬液定量杀菌实验筛选出有效中和剂,观察不同作用浓度和作用时间下,DBNPA的杀菌效果。经过杀菌试验,DBNPA对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌作用1.5 h,杀灭对数值(KL)>5.0;对白色念珠菌作用1.5 h,KL>4.0。经过现场实验,DBNPA对水处理中自然微生物有明显的杀灭效果。
This paper discusses the selection of neutralizer and its germicidal efficacy of compound reverse osmosis membrane bactericide with 2,2-dibromo-3-diazopropanamide(DBNPA)as the main bactericidal component,so as to provide reference for practical application.According to the molecular structure of DBNPA,the types and combinations of neutralizers were determined basically.Then effects of DBNPA were screened out through suspensions quantitative sterilization experiments,in different concentrations and action time.After the sterilization experiment,DBNPA had perfect effect activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli for 1.5 hours,which killing loge values were above 5.0.While the killing loge value of Candida albicans was above 4.0.After on-site sterilization experiment,DBNPA had obvious killing effect against natural microbe in water treatment.
