摘要
测试了几种表面活性剂的耐碱性、发泡性,筛选出兼具耐碱和低泡的表面活性剂。并以乳品制备污垢,考察了表面活性剂在高温下对NaOH去污力的影响。结果表明测试的表面活性剂中,只有短碳链烷基糖苷具有优异的碱兼容性和极低的泡沫。但润湿性和去污力较差,无法有效提高NaOH对奶粉污垢的去污力。短碳链烷基糖苷具备优异的增溶效果,可增加润湿性好的表面活性剂在高碱体系中的溶解度,从而显著提高NaOH对奶粉污垢的去污力。
The alkali compatibility and foaming property of several surfactants is determined,and the surfactants with both alkali compatibility and low foaming were screened out.Then,the effect of surfactants on the detergency of sodium hydroxide to milk soil was investigated under the high temperature.The results show that only short carbon chain alkyl glycosides have superior compatibility and extremely low foam.But the wettability and detergency were poor,which cannot effectively improve the detergency of sodium hydroxide to milk soil.Short carbon chain alkyl glycosides have excellent solubilization effect,which can increase the solubility of surfactant with good wettability in high alkali systems,thereby significantly improving the detergency of NaOH on milk soil.
