摘要
根据不同保湿机制,选择甘油4%、透明质酸钠0.02%和泛醇0.5%复配成保湿剂,将其应用于护肤水、护肤精华、护肤乳、护肤霜中,通过3D表皮皮肤模型(Epikutis~?)皮肤含水量测试、人体皮肤含水量值(MMV值)测试、人体经表皮失水值(TEWL值)测试,进行保湿功效评价并比较该复配保湿剂在不同化妆品剂型中的保湿效果。实验结果表明,与空白对照相比,甘油、透明质酸钠和泛醇复配保湿剂能显著提升皮肤含水量,可达到保湿、修护皮肤屏障功效。
According to different moisturizing mechanisms,glycerin 4%,sodium hyaluronate 0.02%and panthenol 0.5%were mixed,which applied to skin care toner,skin care essence,skin care emulsion,skin care cream through 3D epidermal skin model(Epikutis),MMV values,TEWL values to evaluate the moisturizing effect of the compound moisturizer.And compared the moisturizing efficacy of the compound moisturizer in different cosmetic formulations.The experimental results showed that compared with the blank control,the compound moisturizers of glycerin,sodium hyaluronate and panthenol can significantly increase the moisture content and achieve moisturizing efficacy,repairing skin barrier efficacy.
