盆腔脂肪增多症的临床诊断及治疗进展

盆腔脂肪增多症是一种病因未明且极为罕见的疾病,影像学检查是最为重要的诊断方法。其主要表现为盆腔腹膜内脂肪的过度增长,临床表现取决于患者脂肪累积的部位、程度及范围,目前治疗方式尚无定论。随着对该病的不断认识与探索,国内外有关盆腔脂肪增多症的研究及病例报道逐年增多,相关研究展示了更明确有效的诊断方式或缓解症状的治疗方法。文章对近年来有关盆腔脂肪增多症诊断及治疗的相关进展进行综述,为临床诊治工作提供参考。

Pelvic lipodystrophy is an extremely rare disease of unknown etiology,and imaging is the most important diagnostic method.Its main manifestation is excessive growth of intraperitoneal fat in the pelvic cavity.The clinical manifestations depend on the location,degree and scope of fat accumulation in patients.The current treatment method is still inconclusive.With the continuous understanding and exploration of the disease,domestic and foreign research and case reports on pelvic lipodystrophy have increased year by year,and relevant studies have demonstrated more definite and effective diagnosis methods or treatment methods for relieving symptoms.This article reviews the relevant progress in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic lipodysplasia in recent years,and provides a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
