结直肠癌初筛阴性人群再次参加结直肠癌筛查的时间间隔研究

Study on the time interval of re participation in colorectal cancer screening among people with negative primary screening for colorectal cancer

结直肠癌(CRC)是我国居民消化系统患病率第一的恶性肿瘤,并且发病率在整个人群中呈上升趋势,严重威胁人民群众的健康,因此,制定合理的筛查指南对于降低我国结直肠癌的疾病负担至关重要。本文主要关注结直肠癌筛查初筛阴性人群,探究该人群再次参加结直肠癌筛查的时间间隔,本文检索了国内外最近的文献,总结了不同风险人群使用不同筛查方法初筛阴性后再次参加筛查的时间间隔,为我国结直肠癌筛查指南的制定提供参考。

Colorectal cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the digestive system in China,and the incidence rate is on the rise in the whole population,which seriously threatens the health of the people.Therefore,it is very important to establish reasonable screening guidelines to reduce the burden of colorectal cancer in China.This paper mainly focuses on the population with negative primary screening for colorectal cancer,and explores the time interval for this population to participate in colorectal cancer screening again.This paper searches the recent literature at home and abroad,and summarizes the time interval for people at different risk to participate in the screening again after the initial screening with different screening methods and the results are negative,so as to provide reference for the formulation of colorectal cancer screening guidelines in China.
