摘要
幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染是胃癌最重要的、可控的危险因素。然而,H.pylori耐药率的不断增加,导致其根除成功率不断下降,H.pylori根除药物的筛选和研发迫在眉睫。新型质子泵抑制剂、益生菌、中药、疫苗、抗菌肽,以及纳米技术等新型疗法是目前治疗H.pylori的新方法,有望解决目前因耐药导致的H.pylori根除难的问题。在此,本文拟对治疗H.pylori的新方法进行概述,以期为未来H.pylori根除药物的筛选与研发提供帮助。
Helicobacter pylori infection is the most important and controllable risk factor for gastric cancer.However,the increasing drug resistance rate of H.pylori had led to the declining success rate of its eradication.Therefore,the screening and development of H.pylori eradication drugs is imminent.Novel proton pump inhibitors,probiotics,traditional Chinese medicines,vaccines,antimicrobial peptides,and nanotechnology were new treatments for H.pylori,which were expected to solve the current difficulty in eradicating H.pylori due to drug resistance.Here,this article will intend to give an overview of new methods for the treatment of H.pylori,in order to provide help for the screening and development of H.pylori eradication drugs in the future.
