中药治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的研究进展

Reflections on the immediate and long-term adverse effects of Helicobacter pylori eradication

H.pylori感染的临床治疗多采用抗生素疗法,但随着抗生素使用频率的增加,导致H.pylori发生了不同程度的耐药性,使得抗生素治疗效果大幅度下降。此外,抗生素疗法药物不良反应多、费用高、根除率不稳定等问题也亟待解决。中药不但具有不良反应小、耐药性低等优势,同时还可调节机体免疫炎症反应从整体发挥抗H.pylori作用,本文就中药在H.pylori根除治疗中的应用、作用机制及存在的问题进行简要概述,以期为中药运用于H.pylori根除方案提供参考。

The clinical treatment of H.pylori infection mostly adopts antibiotic therapy.However,with the increase of the frequency of antibiotic use,H.pylori has developed different degrees of drug resistance,which greatly reduces the efficacy of antibiotic treatment.In addition,the problems of side effects,high cost and unstable eradication rate of antibiotic therapy also need to be solved urgently.Traditional Chinese medicine not only has the advantages of less side effects and low drug resistance,but also can regulate the immune inflammatory response of the body to play an anti-H.pylori role as a whole.This paper briefly summarizes the application,mechanism and existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine in the eradication treatment of H.pylori,in order to provide reference for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the eradication of H.pylori.
