日本对墨西哥的直接投资实践及策略成效

The Practice,Strategy and Result of Japan’s Direct Investment in Mexico

日本是全球主要对外直接投资国,也是墨西哥吸收外资的重要来源国,而且日本是对墨西哥直接投资最多的亚洲国家。为了寻求效率以及完善生产网络,日本开启了对墨西哥的直接投资进程。自2005年《日墨经济伙伴关系协定》生效以来,日本对墨西哥的直接投资在波动中保持高增长,并形成了以制造业特别是运输机械制造业为主体的直接投资行业结构。日本通过以对外移民带动直接投资,以区域和行业的投资集聚提高规模效应,以独资、合资企业为主要企业类型并且注重利润增值,实现投资收益持续增长,保持了较高的投资回报率。日本对墨西哥直接投资实践给中国的启示包括:加强中墨官方战略沟通和依托墨西哥华裔的民间文化交流,促进中国对墨西哥直接投资;扩大中国对墨西哥制造业的直接投资,完善制造业投资结构;实施多元化投资方式和跨国投资合作,提高中国对墨西哥直接投资效益。

Japan is a major foreign direct investment country in the world and an important source of foreign investment for Mexico,and Japan is the Asian country with the largest direct investment in Mexico.In order to seek efficiency and improve the production network,Japan has started the process of direct investment in Mexico.Since the entry into force of the Japan-Mexico Economic Partnership Agreement in 2005,Japan’s direct investment in Mexico has maintained high growth amid fluctuations,and formed a direct investment industrial structure dominated by manufacturing industry,especially transportation machinery manufacturing industry.Japan has adopted direct investment driven by foreign immigrants,improved the scale effect by regional and industrial investment agglomeration,focused on sole proprietorship and joint ventures,paid attention to profit appreciation,sustained growth of investment income and high return on investment.The enlightenment of Japan’s practice of direct investment in Mexico for China includes:strengthening the official strategic communication between China and Mexico and relying on the folk cultural exchange of Chinese Mexican to promote China’s direct investment in Mexico;expanding China’s direct investment in Mexico’s manufacturing industry and improving the investment structure of manufacturing industry;implementing diversified investment methods and transnational investment cooperation to improve the efficiency of China’s direct investment in Mexico.
