外科引流管非计划性拔管预防工具应用的研究现状

Current situation of unplanned extubation of surgical drainage tube and the evaluation of the research and application of preventive tools

非计划性拔管发生率是医院重要的护理质控监测指标之一,对于保障患者管道安全具有重要意义。文章介绍了外科引流管非计划性拔管的国内外发生现状、相关因素、当前预防工具的使用现状,通过比较各类预防工具的应用效果,探索国内外各种防护工具的缺陷与不足,为临床上减少非计划性拔管的发生提供参考。

The incidence rate of unplanned extubation(UEX) is one of the important indicators of nursing quality control for hospitals, which is of much significance to the safe pipe maintenance of patients. This review introduces the current situation of UEX at home and aborad, the related factors and the use of preventive tools. Though the comparison of the application effectiveness of various tools shows the defects and deficiencies of the tools at home and abroad, which provides a reference for reducing the incidence of UEX in clinical practice.
