浅析降钙素原和白介素-6在感染性疾病病原体诊断中的联合检测价值

Analysis of the Combined Detection Value of Procalcitonin and Interleukin-6 in the Diagnosis of Infectious Disease Pathogens

目的通过在感染性疾病病原体诊断过程中实施降钙素原以及白介素-6联合进行诊断,分析研究降钙素原以及白介素-6在其中所取得的临床联合检测价值。方法随机选取山东东营市胜利医院2020年1月-2021年12月收治的细菌性感染疾病患者(视为对照组)与病毒性感染疾病患者(视为观察组),均60例。其次再随机选取于本院进行健康体检的健康者60例,将其视为健康组,对上述群体均实施降钙素原以及白介素-6临床检查工作并且展开相关的临床比较。结果对照组降钙素原与白介素-6指标水平以及临床阳性检查率均明显高于观察组与健康组,组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组降钙素原与白介素-6指标水平与临床阳性检查率虽然略微高于健康组,然而组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对在感染性疾病病原体诊断过程中,降钙素原与白介素-6临床检测结果均为阳性,但是前者敏感性高于后者,为此降钙素原临床检查结果能够将其视为对于感染性疾病一项理想的诊断指标项目。此外,实施降钙素原以及白介素-6联合进行诊断则可以进一步增加临床诊断的准确性,值得临床推荐使用。

Objective By implementing the combined diagnosis of procalcitonin and interleukin-6 in the diagnosis of infectious disease pathogens,to analyze the clinical value of combined detection of procalcitonin and interleukin-6.Methods A total of 60 patients with bacterial infections(as the control group)and patients with viral infections(as the observation group)who were treated in Dongying Shengli Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected.Secondly,60 healthy people who were randomly selected for physical examination in our hospital were regarded as the healthy group,and the above groups were all subjected to clinical examination of procalcitonin and interleukin-6,and related clinical comparisons were carried out.Results The levels of procalcitonin and interleukin-6 in the control group and the positive clinical examination rate were significantly higher than those in the observation group and the healthy group,and there was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).Although the level of interleukin-6 and the positive clinical examination rate were slightly higher than those in the healthy group,there was no statistical difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the process of diagnosing infectious disease pathogens,the clinical test results of procalcitonin and interleukin-6 are both positive,but the sensitivity of the former is higher than that of the latter.It is an ideal diagnostic index project for infectious diseases.In addition,the combined diagnosis of procalcitonin and interleukin-6 can further increase the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
