探析夹脊穴温针灸治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果及安全可靠性

Clinical Effect and Safety Reliability of Warm Acupuncture at Jiaji Point in the Treatment of Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察夹脊穴温针灸治疗方式对血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取甘州区人民医院在2016年1月-2021年12月治疗的血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症40例,均分为两组。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施夹脊穴温针灸治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率和对治疗的满意程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者VAS、ODI及生活质量分数之间的比较均不存在统计学差异(P<0.05);但是经过有效的临床治疗,观察组患者VAS、ODI以及生活质量分数均高于对照组患者,两组间比较存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05);与此同时,就不良反应总发生概率相比,观察组患者小于对照组,两组间比较存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症疾病实施夹脊穴温针灸方式进行治疗,治疗效果明显,安全性较高,值得推荐。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion at Jiaji Point on blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 40 patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given warm acupuncture and moxibustion at Jiaji Point.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and satisfaction with treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS,ODI and quality of life scores between the two groups(P<0.05).However,after effective clinical treatment,the scores of VAS,ODI and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,compared with the total probability of adverse reactions,the patients in the observation group were far less than those in the control group,and there was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation with warm acupuncture at Jiaji Point has obvious therapeutic effect and high safety,which is worthy of recommendation.
