辛荑散汤剂经鼻雾化吸入治疗肺经伏热型小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Xinyisan Decoction Through Nasal Nebulization Inhalation in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children with Underlying Heat in Lung Meridian

目的探讨辛荑散汤剂经鼻雾化吸入治疗肺经伏热型小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1~12月韶关市妇幼保健院中医儿科以及耳鼻喉科就诊的90例患儿作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为西药组(n=45)以及雾化组(n=45)。西药组采取常规西药治疗,雾化组给予辛荑散汤剂经鼻雾化吸入治疗,对比两组患儿中医症候积分、治疗总有效率、IL-6、IL-8以及TNF-α水平。结果治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分有所下降,但雾化组积分水平要低于西药组(P<0.05)。雾化组治疗总有效率(93.33%)要明显高于西药组(77.78%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-8以及TNF-α水平均下降,但雾化组各项水平要低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论辛荑散汤剂经鼻雾化吸入治疗肺经伏热型小儿过敏性鼻炎可获得较好的治疗效果,能够有效缓解患儿症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xinyisan Decoction through nasal nebulization inhalation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with underlying heat in lung meridian.Methods From January to December 2021,90 children in the Department of Pediatrics and Otolaryngology of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the western medicine group(n=45)and the atomization group(n=45).The western medicine group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the atomization group was given Xinyisan decoction through nasal atomization inhalation,TCM syndrome scores,the total effective rate of treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αbetween the two groups of children were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,but the score level of the atomization group was lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the nebulization group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(77.78%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αdecreased in the two groups,but the levels of the nebulization group were lower than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nasal nebulized inhalation of Xinyisan decoction can achieve a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children underlying heat in lung meridian,and can effectively relieve the symptoms of children.
