中药房管理引入规范化管理对临床安全用药的影响

The Impact of the Introduction of Standardized Management in the Management of Traditional Chinese Pharmacies on the Clinical Safe Use of Drugs

目的探讨中药房管理引入规范化管理对临床安全用药以及对患者用药满意度的影响。方法随机选取广东省东莞市麻涌镇社区卫生服务中心2019年4月-2020年4月100名接受中药治疗的患者以及2020年6月-2021年6月100名接受中药治疗的患者为研究对象,其中2019年4月-2020年4月本院未引入药房规范化管理,将此组设为对照组;2020年6月-2021年6月已引入药房规范化管理,将此组设为研究组,对比观察管理前后药房候药时间及处方调配时间、调配出错率及病人满意度情况。结果研究组患者的候药时间及处方调配时间均短于对照组对应时间(P<0.05)。另一方面,研究组出现发药错误、剂量差异、脚注错误等调配出错率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(χ^(2)=4.378,5.418,P=0.037,0.016<0.05)。结论中药房管理引入规范化管理对提升安全用药有积极意义,同时缩短了候药时间及处方调配时间,提升了患者的满意度,值得广泛应用。

Objective To explore the impact of the introduction of standardized management in the management of traditional Chinese pharmacies on the clinical safety of medication and the satisfaction of patients with medication.Methods Randomly 100 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine from April 2019 to April 2020 in our hospital and 100 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.From April 2019 to April 2020,our hospital did not introduce standardized management of pharmacies,and set this group as a control group;from June 2020 to June 2021,standardized management of pharmacies has been introduced,and this group was set as a research group to compare and observe the waiting drugs before and after the management.Time and prescription deployment time,deployment error rate and patient satisfaction were observed and compared.Results The waiting time and prescription allocation time of the patients in the study group were shorter than the corresponding time in the control group,P<0.05.On the other hand,the research group had lower drug delivery errors,dose differences,footnote errors,and other allocation errors than the control group,and patient satisfaction was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.378,5.418,P=0.037,0.016<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of standardized management in the management of traditional Chinese pharmacies is of positive significance for improving the safe use of medicines,while shortening the waiting time and prescription deployment time,improving patient satisfaction,and it is worthy of wide application.
