摘要
目的研究并探讨护理品质管理在提高择期手术接台效率的应用效果。方法护理品质管理小组收集贵港市人民医院手术室2020年3月16日-2020年3月20日共280台择期手术为研究对象,对其接台手术时长及影响因素进行分析;2020年5~9月本院开展护理品质管理项目,旨在提高择期手术接台效率,并选取了2020年8月10日-8月14日213台择期手术进行对比研究,比较实施品质管理前后择期手术的手术准备时长、手术切换时长、手术收尾时长。结果对比品质管理实施前,实施后的手术准备时长、手术切换时长、手术收尾时长均有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论在手术室实行护理品质管理模式,可以有效缩短手术准备时长、切换时长和收尾时长,可以有效提高择期手术接台效率,缩短患者等待时间,提高手术间利用率,节约运营成本。
Objective To study the application effect of nursing quality management in improving the efficiency of elective operation.Methods The nursing quality management team collected a total of 280 elective surgeries from the operating room of Guigang People’s Hospital from March 16,2020 to March 20,2020 as the research object,and analyzed the duration of on-board surgery and its influencing factors.The nursing quality management project was carried out in our hospital from May to September 2020,aiming to improve the efficiency of receiving elective surgeries.A comparative study was conducted on 213 elective surgeries from August 10 to August 14,2020,to compare the operation preparation time,operation switching time and operation closure time of elective surgeries before and after the implementation of quality management.Results Compared with before the implementation of quality management,the operation preparation time,operation switching time and operation closure time after the implementation of quality management were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing quality management mode in the operating room can effectively shorten the operation preparation time,switching time and closing time,effectively improve the efficiency of elective operation,shorten the waiting time of patients,improve the utilization rate of the operating room and save operating costs.
