安全核查表单在急诊患者安全转运交接管理中的应用

目的研究在急诊患者的安全转运交接管理过程中应用安全核查表单的效果,为降低转运过程不良事件发生率提供参考依据。方法选取江门市新会区第二人民医院急诊科2019年3月-2021年3月105例需转运的急诊患者作为研究对象,按转运方式不同将患者随机分为两组,对照组52名患者采用传统转运方式,研究组53名患者采用安全核查表单方式转运。对比观察两组受转者的不良事件发生情况、转运过程急救物品准备情况以及转运后交接是否合格,最后比较转运家属的满意度。结果研究组不良事件的发生率为5.66%,较对照组的17.31%更低(P<0.05);此外,转运急救物品准备齐全率为98.11%,转运后交接合格率为96.23%,均高于对照组的对应的88.46%,84.62%,(P<0.05);最后,研究组转运过程家属对转运人员的服务态度、组织协调能力、沟通技巧、专业技能等满意度为94.34%高于对照组的82.69%(P<0.05)。结论安全核查表单在急诊患者安全转运交接管理中的应用效果更为理想,转运过程更加安全,且急救物品准备较齐全,并且转运后交接合格率更高,患者家属满意度较高,可以在临床中推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of the application of the safety check sheet in the management of the safe transfer and handover of emergency patients,and to provide a reference for reducing the incidence of adverse events during the transfer process.Methods From March 2019 to March 2021,105 emergency patients in the emergency department of our hospital who need to be transported were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the different transport methods.52 patients in the control group used the traditional transport method.Group of 53 patients were transported in the form of safety check sheet.Compare and observe the occurrence of adverse events of the two groups of transferees,the preparation of first aid supplies during the transfer,and whether the transfer after transfer is qualified,and finally the satisfaction of the transfer family members is compared.Results The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 5.66%,which was lower than 17.31%in the control group,(P<0.05);in addition,the rate of complete preparation of first aid supplies for transfer was 98.11%,and the rate of intersecting after transfer was 96.23%,both It was higher than the corresponding 88.46%and 84.62%of the control group,(P<0.05);finally,the satisfaction degree of the family members of the study group towards the transport personnel during the transfer process was 94.34%higher than the service attitude,organization and coordination ability,communication skills,and professional skills 82.69%of the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the safety check sheet in the safe transfer and handover management of emergency patients is more ideal,the transfer process is safer,and the preparation of first aid supplies is more complete,and the handover rate after transfer is higher,and the patient’s family satisfaction is higher.Promotion and application in clinical practice.
