摘要
近几年地震震害表明,我国遭受5级以上地震灾害次数较多,造成几十亿元至几百亿元的经济损失。为了解乡镇农居建筑抗震性能,对天津市某区21个乡镇农居展开了抗震性能调查,分析乡镇农居结构类型、建造年代、建筑现状、砂浆类型、抗震构造措施等信息。对840栋典型的农居展开抗震性能详细分析,采用综合抗震能力指数评价方法对农居进行抗震性能鉴定。统计各类型农居的综合抗震能力指数,得出同一类型农居综合抗震指标,采用加权平均综合抗震能力指数评价该类型的抗震性能。结果表明:天津市某区土坯结构整体的抗震性能不足,且该类型结构多在20世纪70年代建造,历史久远,腐蚀破坏严重,大部分已经失去原抗震承载能力。从加权平均综合抗震能力指数上看,砖木结构在地震烈度为8度时,就不满足当地地震设防标准。砖混结构加权平均综合抗震能力指数较高,抗震性能表现良好,均能够满足天津市某区抗震设防要求。
The earthquake damage shows that countries have suffered many earthquake disasters of magnitude 5 or higher in recent years, which causing economic losses of several billion to tens of billions Yuan. In order to clear the seismic performance of farmhouse, an investigation on the seismic performance of farmhouse in 21 towns in a district of Tianjin was carried out. The information on the structure type, construction age, construction status, mortar type and seismic structural measures of the farmhouse was analyzed. A detaile analysis of the seismic performance of 840 typical farmhouses was carried out, and the seismic performance of the farmhouses was identified by the comprehensive seismic resistance index evaluation method. The comprehensive seismic resistance index of each type of farmhouse was counted, and the comprehensive seismic resistance index of the same type of farmhouse was obtained, and the weighted average comprehensive seismic resistance index was used to evaluate the seismic performance of this type. The results show that the seismic performance of the adobe structures in a district of Tianjin is deficiency, which most of these structures were built in the 1970 s with a long history and were seriously corroded, and most of them have lost their original seismic bearing capacity. From the weighted average comprehensive seismic resistance index, when the earthquake intensity is 8 degrees, the brick-wood structure does not meet the local seismic fortification standards. The weighted average comprehensive seismic resistance index of the brick-concrete structure is highest than other two types of farmhouses, which show the seismic performance is good and can meet the seismic fortification requirements of a district in Tianjin.
