摘要 首先对横琴国际金融中心大厦结构设计的有关内容和遇到的若干重点、难点问题,例如如何合理设置加强层、错洞墙设计要点、斜柱设计难点以及屋顶调谐液体阻尼器(TLD)系统减振在结构设计中需考虑的问题等,进行了详细的介绍,就如何解决上述问题进行了探讨和分析,并给出了实施的解决方案。通过多方案计算分析比较,得出最少加强层数量和最优位置。剪力墙形成较多错洞时,可以通过局部应力分析和适当的构造措施使其满足相应的性能目标。关于结构上下柱网尺寸变化,斜柱过渡是除了设置结构转换梁以外的另一个合理选择。利用屋顶水箱作为TLD系统是一种解决风振舒适度问题的经济有效手段。 First of all, the relevant contents of Hengqin International Financial Center building structural design and some key and difficult problems encountered, such as how to set up reinforcement layer reasonably, key points in the design of staggered hole wall, difficulties in the design of inclined column and problems to be considered in the structural design of roof tuned liquid damper(TLD) system vibration reduction, etc, were introduced in detail, how to solve the above problems was discussed and analysed, and the implementation solutions was given.Through calculation, analysis and comparison of multiple schemes, it is concluded that the minimum number of reinforcement layers and the optimal location are effective means to set up reinforcement layer. When many staggered holes are formed in shear walls, local stress analysis and appropriate construction measures can be adopted to meet the corresponding performance objectives. As for the size change of the upper and lower column grid of the structure, the inclined column transition is another reasonable choice besides setting the structural transfer beam. The roof water tank as TLD system is an economical and effective way to solve the problem of wind vibration comfort.
