摘要
宁海县会展中心下部主体结构采用钢筋混凝土结构,跨度大、荷载重区域采用型钢混凝土组合结构,考虑建筑造型,大跨处采用树形混凝土柱,以优化受力、减小截面、节约造价;屋面由于造型复杂、跨度较大,采用三维复杂异形曲面钢结构体系和单层三向箱形截面钢网壳结构。采用多种有限元软件对结构进行了整体和局部构件计算分析和比较,最终通过对计算结果的包络设计来确保结构安全。各项计算结果表明,树形混凝土柱和异型曲面钢网壳的设计能够满足规范的相应要求,在保证建筑外立面造型效果的前提下,既满足了结构的安全性,又兼顾经济合理性,实现了结构成就建筑之美。
The main structure of the lower part of Ninghai Convention and Exhibition Center adopts reinforced concrete structure, and the area with large span and heavy load adopts steel-concrete composite structure. Considering the architectural shape, tree-shaped concrete columns were used in the large span to optimize the force, reduce the section and save the cost. Due to the complex shape and large span of the roof, it adopts a three-dimensional complex special-shaped surface steel structure system and a single-layer three-way box-section steel reticulated shell structure. A variety of finite element softwares were used to analyze and compare the overall and local components of the structure, and finally the safety of the structure was ensured through the envelope design of the calculation results. The calculation results show that the design of the tree-shaped concrete column and the special-shaped surface steel reticulated shell can meet the corresponding requirements of the specification. On the premise of ensuring the modeling effect of the building facade, it not only satisfies the safety of the structure, but also takes into account the economic rationality, which realize the beauty of structure achievement architecture.
