摘要 为保证2019年北京世园会艺术中心项目屋面板足够轻薄,创新地将屋面板设计成双层钢板的空腹结构板,形成钢板组合薄壳结构。基于此项目,分别从结构设计、构造措施、连接节点以及施工工艺等方面对该项目采用的钢板组合薄壳结构进行了详细介绍。同时介绍了钢板组合薄壳结构在2022年北京冬奥会崇礼冬奥村下沉庭院的景观连廊中的应用。通过钢板组合薄壳结构在上述两个项目中的成功运用,钢板组合薄壳结构不仅对自由曲面上人屋盖适应性较好,同时在人行连廊上同样能够表现出良好的受力性能,适用于建筑师对结构的几何尺寸要求较高的平面、曲面建筑,尤其适用于重载楼屋盖和大跨度楼屋盖。 In order to ensure that the roof panel of the 2019 Beijing World Horticultural Exhibition Art Center project is light enough, the roof panel was innovatively designed as a double-layer steel plate hollow structure plate, forming a steel plate combined thin shell structure. Based on this project, the steel plate combined thin shell structure adopted in this project was introduced in detail from the aspects of structural design, structural measure, connection node and construction technology. At the same time, the application of the steel plate combined thin shell structure in the landscape corridor of the sunken courtyard of the Chongli Winter Olympic Village in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics was introduced. Through the successful application of steel plate combined thin shell structure in the above two projects, the stecl plate combined thin shell structure not only has good adaptability to the master′s roof on the free-form surface, but also can show good mechanical performance on the pedestrian corridor. The steel plate combined thin shell structure is suitable for flat and curved buildings where architects have high requirements on the geometric dimensions of the structure, especially for heavy-duty building roofs and large-span building roofs.
