摘要
合理规划建设增量配电网内分布式光伏可有效提高增量配电网可再生能源消纳能力,为更好地实现该目的,提出一种基于博弈论的分布式光伏建设场地资源分配策略。首先阐述场地资源分配博弈思路,然后分别建立投资商和用户的效益函数模型,分析投资商和用户作为参与主体的博弈传递关系和博弈行为,在此基础上建立投资商与用户的动态博弈模型,最后应用粒子群优化算法和迭代算法求解上述模型,算例表明所提方法的合理性和有效性,该方法有利于增量配电网可再生能源消纳。
Reasonable planning and construction of distributed photovoltaic in the incremental distribution network can effectively improve the renewable energy consumption capacity.In order to achieve this goal better,the construction site resource allocation strategy of distributed photovoltaic system based on game theory is proposed.Firstly,the game idea of site resource allocation is expounded,and then the benefit function models of investors and users are established respectively.The game transmission relationship and game behavior of investors and users as participants are analyzed.On this basis,the dynamic game model between investors and users is established.Finally,the above model is solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm and iterative algorithm.The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method,which is conducive to renewable energy consumption of incremental distribution network.
