基础教育阶段体育教师评价指标体系的构建

Construction of Evaluation Index System of Physical Education Teachers in Basic Education Stage

采用德尔菲法、数理统计法等,以教育部《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》中的三级监测认证体系为依据,初步拟定了基础教育阶段体育教师评价指标。通过专家问卷调查,使评价指标更加客观、科学、准确、有效,为本研究指标体系的构建提供了重要参考。最终形成了含有4个一级监测指标、8个二级监测指标、32个三级监测指标的基础教育阶段体育教师评价指标体系,并确定了各指标的权重系数,实现了对基础教育阶段体育教师的初步量化评价,为基础教育阶段体育教师的量化评价研究提供了可操作性的工具。

With the research methods of the Delphi method and statistical analysis and based on the level-3 monitoring and certification system in the Implementation Measures for the Certification of Normal Majors in Regular Institutions of Higher Learning(Interim),the paper designs the physical education teachers evaluation indicators of the basic education.The expert questionnaire survey can make the evaluation index more objective,scientific,accurate and effective,which provides an important reference for the construction of the index system.The paper formed the evaluation index system which contains four primary monitoring index,eight secondary monitoring index and 32 level-3 monitoring index,determines the weight coefficient of the index,implements the preliminary quantitative evaluation of the basic education stage physical education teachers and provides operational tools for the researches of the quantitative evaluation of physical education teachers of the basic education.
