摘要
运用问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,在“大体操”视域下对上海市57所初中的体操运动开展情况进行调查。研究认为,体操项目及其内容设置和组织形式没有根据学生参与意愿、体操项目特征差异进行针对性设置,部分项目和内容的开展、执行度较差,未充分发挥其功能价值,体育教师缺乏系统的体操运动教学培训且缺乏完善的培训制度保障,是当前学校体操运动开展的问题所在。提出以下对策:项目和内容设置应从“大体操”视域出发,基于学生学习兴趣、项目特征、组织形式以及对学生身心健康发展的价值差异性设置项目和内容;提高学生对器械体操等项目的价值认知和参与动机;建立健全体育教师专业培训制度和保障制度,多方协同配合提高体育教师专业发展水平。
With the research methods of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis,the paper made surveys of 57 junior high schools in Shanghai.The research shows that the gymnastics content setting and organization fail to agree with the students’participation willingness and gymnastics characteristics.Parts of the projects fail to give full play to its due function.Sports teachers lack the gymnastics teaching training and there is lack of perfect training system.The paper proposes to design the teaching content based on the“general gymnastics”and set the project content according to students’learning interests,project features,organization forms and different values for the students’mental and physical health,improve students’recognition and participation willingness and establish the professional training and guarantee system for the PE teachers.
