协同治理视角下体医融合应对青少年近视的协同评价模型研究 被引量:1

摘要 以协同治理理论为基础,梳理国内外有关研究成果,结合国家颁布的文件及专家调查形成协同评价指标体系;在协同评价指标体系的基础上,形成由20个观测指标组成的协同评价调查问卷,调查分析发现:一阶五因子模型拟合指数良好(χ^(2)/d f=1.928,GFI=0.945,AGFI=0.923,CFI=0.965,RMSEA=0.047);一阶五因子模型具备较高的信效度,内部一致性α系数为0.902,项目信度(SMC)均大于0.3,组成信度(CR)分别是0.757、0.734、0.746、0.719、0.875,模型内部质量较好;收敛效度(AVE)分别是0.514、0.482、0.496、0.392、0.638,各维度有较高的收敛效度;区别效度分别是0.717、0.694、0.704、0.626、0.799,各维度有较高的区别效度,一阶五因子模型适用于二阶五因子模型检验;二阶五因子模型验证性因素分析得出,模型拟合指数理想(χ^(2)/d f=2.168,GFI=0.937,AGFI=0.915,CFI=0.954,RMSEA=0.052),获得拟合度良好的评价模型;采用标准化的路径系数计算各指标的权重系数,并对协同效应关系进行分析。研究结果显示,体医融合应对青少年近视的协同评价模型包括5个维度,17个观测指标,每个维度的变化受到多个因素协同作用的影响。 Based on the theory of collaborative governance and the relevant research results in China and abroad,the paper forms the collaborative evaluation index system based on the documents issued by the state and expert investigation.The collaborative evaluation questionnaire is composed of 20 observation indexes.The research findings show that the the fit index of the first-order fifth-factor model(χ^(2)/d f=1.928,GFI=0.945,AGFI=0.923,CFI=0.965,RMSEA=0.047)is good.The first-order five-factor model has a high reliability and validity.The internal consistency coefficient is 0.902,SMC is greater than 0.3,CR are 0.757,0.734,0.746,0.719 and 0.875 respectively.The internal quality of the model is good.AVE are 0.514,0.482,0.496,0.392 and 0.638 respectively.Each dimension has a high convergence validity.The differential validity is 0.717,0.694,0.704,0.626 and 0.799 respectively.Each dimension has a high differential validity.The first order fifth factor model is suitable for the second order fifth factor model test.The factor analysis of the second-order five-factor model shows that the model fitting index(χ^(2)/d f=2.168,GFI=0.937,AGFI=0.915,CFI=0.954,RMSEA=0.052)is ideal.A standardized path coefficient was used to calculate the weight coefficient of each index.The synergistic effect relationship was also analyzed.The research results show that the collaborative evaluation model of sports and medical integration on tackling myopia in teenagers includes 5 dimensions and 17 observed indicators,and the changes in each dimension are affected by the synergistic effect of multiple factors.
