传动轴布置夹角对后驱动桥主减总成冲击的研究

摘要 目前市场上传统燃油商用车大都采用发动机前置后驱形式,动力从发动机变速箱经过传动轴传递给后驱动桥,整车总布置时,整个传动系统是存在倾角的,所以多节传动轴之间或传动轴与之连接的变速箱、后桥之间就存在一定的夹角。市场上的车辆发生过多次因传动轴冲击过大而造成关联部件失效的问题,随着车辆使用工况的多样化,用户对驾乘感受要求的提升,该角度已成为关键的设计参数。 Most of the traditional fuel commercial vehicles in the market adopt the form of engine front and rear drive,and the power is transmitted from the engine gearbox to the rear axle.During the general layout of the whole vehicle,there is a certain included angle between multiple transmission shafts or between the transmission shaft and the gearbox and rear axle.There have been many failures of related components caused by excessive impact of transmission shaft.With the diversification of vehicle operating conditions and the improvement of users'requirements for driving and riding feeling,this angle has become a key parameter.
