摘要
本文介绍了混合动力总成的发展现状和应用前景,对混合动力总成结构和特点进行了分析,以当前主流的高效内燃机+双电机混动变速箱P1+P3布置方案为例,研究了混动专用高效发动机NVH开发控制策略、混动专用变速箱NVH开发控制策略、混动总成NVH开发、混动总成整车匹配NVH开发关注事项。通过对混合动力总成进行系统级和总成级的NVH设计和控制,对关键指标进行提前校核,有效的保障了混动总成的车机匹配表现,最终完成混合动力总成NVH性能的开发。
This paper introduces the development status and application prospects of hybrid power assembly,and analyzes the structure and characteristics of hybrid power assembly.Taking the current mainstream efficient internal combustion engine+dual motor hybrid transmission P1+P3 layout scheme as an example,The NVH development control strategy for hybrid special high-efficiency engine,hybrid special transmission NVH development strategy,hybrid assembly NVH development,hybrid assembly vehicle matching NVH development concerns are studied.Through the system level and assembly level NVH design and control of the hybrid powertrain,check the key indicators in advance,effectively guarantee the performance of the hybrid powertrain vehicle matching,and finally complete the development of the hybrid powertrain NVH performance.
