基于FMECA的客室车门驱动传动系统关键故障分析

摘要 客室车门驱动传动系统为客室车门的开合提供动力和传递的功能,其运行的稳定性和可靠性对城市轨道交通运营安全有重要的影响。利用FMECA方法分析系统各部件的故障模式、故障引起的影响以及故障产生的原因,找出该系统的关键故障,并针对各部件的关键故障提出其在使用阶段的维护防护措施。研究结果有助于提高客室车门维保效率、降低维保成本、延长设备部件使用寿命。 The driving transmission system of passenger compartment door provides power and transmission functions for the opening and closing of the passenger compartment door.The stability and reliability of its operation plays an essential role on safe operation for the urban rail train.Using FMECA(Failure Modes,Effects and Criticality Analysis)to analysis the failure modes,effects and causes of each component of the system.Summarize the critical faults of the system,and according to the critical faults of each component,the maintenance and protection measures are put forward in the using stage.The conclusions researched in this paper will help to improve the maintenance efficiency,reduce the maintenance cost and prolong the service life of passenger compartment door.
