摘要
针对市场上商业液压系统仿真软件采购价格昂贵的问题,提出一种以开源软件OpenModelica为平台,借助OpenHydraulic库进行液压系统仿真的应用技术。介绍了Modelica语言的基本原理,OpenModelica的基本运行环境,液压系统仿真库的总体结构、接口子模型库、基本子模型库和元件子模型库,为用户修改和扩展该仿真库提供了参考。最后,通过飞机液压泵测试系统的工程仿真实例,证明了本液压系统仿真方案的可行性,对液压泵性能试验系统中变量泵的流量和扭矩进行了仿真计算,为液压元件及系统的虚拟测试技术,提供了一种可行的参考方案。
Aiming at the problem of high purchase price of commercial hydraulic system simulation software in the market,an application technology of hydraulic system simulation based on open source software OpenModelica and using OpenHydraulic library was proposed.This paper introduces the basic principle of Modelica language,the basic operating environment of OpenModelica,the overall structure of hydraulic system simulation library,interface sub-model library,basic sub-model library and component sub-model library,and provides reference for users to modify and expand the simulation library.Finally,the feasibility of this hydraulic system simulation scheme is proved by the engineering simulation example of aircraft hydraulic pump test system,and the flow rate and torque of variable pump in the hydraulic pump performance test system are simulated,which provides a feasible reference scheme for the virtual test technology of hydraulic components and systems.
