考虑增材制造倾角约束的结构拓扑优化方法

摘要 为解决悬臂结构增材制造过程中的自支撑问题,本文提出了一种考虑制造倾角约束的结构拓扑优化方法,建立了满足增材制造倾角约束的单元密度更新迭代规则。以结构柔度最小为优化目标,得到了具有倾角约束的拓扑构型,采用熔融沉积型技术进行制备。结果表明,考虑增材制造倾角约束的连续体结构拓扑优化方法是有效的,该方法能够控制拓扑构型的倾角,可以实现在不添加额外支撑结构的情况下直接进行增材制造。 In order to solve the self-supporting problem in the additive manufacturing process of the cantilever structure,this paper proposes a topology optimization method that considers the overhang angle constraint of additive manufacturing,an iterative rule for element density update that satisfies the additive manufacturing dip angle constraint is established.Taking the minimum structural flexibility as the optimization goal,a topological configuration with dip angle constraints was obtained,which was prepared by fused deposition technology.The results show that the topology optimization method of the continuum structure considering the inclination angle constraint of additive manufacturing is effective,the method can control the overhang angle of the topology configuration and directly realize the additive manufacturing without adding additional support structure.
