探析内燃机及其零部件再制造关键技术

摘要 再制造技术(Remanufacture)本质是将陈旧的机器及相关设备,采用专门的工艺和技术在原有制造的基础上进行一次新的制造,保证再制造出来的产品在性能与质量等方面都优于之前的设备。本文首先对内燃机关键零部件及结构特征进行解析,针对内燃机关键零部件的再制造技术进行阐述,并针对目前再制造技术在应用过程中存在的问题剔除解决途径,同时展望内燃机机器零部件再制造技术的发展趋势与研究重点。 The essence of remanufacture technology is to carry out a new manufacturing of old machines and related equipment based on the original manufacturing by using special processes and technologies,so as to ensure that the remanufactured products are superior to the previous equipment in terms of performance and quality.Firstly,this paper analyzes the key parts and structural characteristics of internal combustion engine,expounds the remanufacturing technology of key parts of internal combustion engine,eliminates the solutions to the problems existing in the application of remanufacturing technology,and looks forward to the development trend and research focus of remanufacturing technology of machine parts of internal combustion engine.
