摘要
本文针对某一款柴油机市场装机时反馈的轴承装配困难,轴承卡滞的实际故障案例及解决方案阐述了关于飞轮轴承正向设计及防止卡滞的正确思路,通过仿真模拟计算以及试验装配验证的手段,查找根本原因,避免了装机批量问题的发生。由于飞轮轴承影响卡滞问题原因众多,具体故障案例需根据实际情况具体分析,本文就某机型装机时轴承卡滞,运转不畅寻找出其中一种解决方案,供借鉴参考讨论。
The paper introduces a diesel engine flywheel bearing stuck stagnation fault analysis ideas and solutions,through the test verification to find the root cause,because of the stuck stagnation problem of many reasons,specific fault cases need specific analysis,this paper on a model to find one of the solutions for reference analysis and discussion.
