摘要
四轮定位检测可以通过定位仪对汽车四轮参数进行精准测量,基于原厂设计标准,根据测量数据对汽车四轮定位参数进行调整,使达到原厂设计要求,对保证汽车安全、稳定行驶具有重要意义。本文介绍了汽车四轮定位常用检测参数,分析了其对汽车性能的影响。从检测设备和测量前事宜两方面着手,阐述汽车四轮定位检测前需要做的准备工作,并介绍汽车四轮定位检测具体操作,包括四轮调压、补偿控制、二次举升、测量与调整等,以及操作注意事项。
The four-wheel positioning detection can accurately measure the four-wheel parameters of the vehicle through the positioning instrument.Based on the original design standards,the four-wheel positioning parameters of the vehicle can be adjusted according to the measurement data to meet the original design requirements,which is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable driving of the vehicle.This paper introduces the common detection parameters of automobile four-wheel alignment,and analyzes its influence on automobile performance.Starting from the two aspects of testing equipment and things before measurement,this paper expounds the preparations to be done before automobile four-wheel alignment testing,and introduces the specific operations of automobile four-wheel alignment testing,including four-wheel pressure regulation,compensation control,secondary lifting,measurement and adjustment,as well as the precautions for operation.
