某型中速柴油机高压油泵凸轮轴故障分析 被引量:3

摘要 为适应严苛的排放法规要求,高压共轨技术得到快速发展。某型中速柴油机在运行过程中共轨管压骤降,通过排查低压供油正常、各高压密封可靠,最终确定原因是高压油泵凸轮轴故障导致高压油泵失去供油能力,进而出现轨压骤降现象。拆检确定系油泵凸轮轴故障导致上述现象,建立故障树模型从材料理化分析、设计校核、加工及装配定位等方面逐一排查凸轮轴故障原因,对现有不足进行整改,并通过试验验证及使用验证对避免同类问题提出预防措施。 In order to meet the strict emission regulations,high-pressure common rail technology has developed rapidly.A certain type of medium-speed diesel engine had a sudden drop in rail pressure during operation,after checking that the supply of low-pressure fuel is normal and the sealing of high-pressure surfaces are reliable,and finalized the cause is the failure of that the camshaft in high-pressure fuel injection pump,caused the pump lose its fuel supply capacity,and then the rail pressure drops suddenly.After disassembly and inspection,it was determined that the failure of camshaft caused the above phenomenon,and established a fault tree model to investigate the causes of camshaft faults one by one through physical-chemical analysis,design checking,processing and assembly,etc.,rectify existing deficiencies,and verify through platform test and use verification,and put forward preventive measures to avoid similar problems.
