摘要
通过对市场柴油滤清器电子泵泵油故障的分析,发现在农机工况下的电磁干扰比商用车的要高,针对这些现象,我们通过对电子泵的工作原理的阐述以及故障现象的分析,提出了提升电子泵的抗干扰方案,并通过台架可靠性验证及市场批量验证。
Through the analysis of the pump oil fault of the electronic pump of the diesel filter in the market,it is found that the electromagnetic interference under the working condition of agricultural machinery is higher than that of commercial vehicles.In view of these phenomena,through the elaboration of the working principle of the electronic pump and the analysis of the fault phenomenon,we put forward the anti-interference scheme to improve the electronic pump,which has passed the bench reliability verification and market batch verification.
