摘要
本文针对当前国产汽车出口贸易现状,分析了国产汽车企业发展存在的问题,提出了技术升级与管理升级同步、企业自主创新与政府政策扶持同步、传统市场巩固与新兴市场拓展同步、产业升级改造与绿色节能发展同步、线下销售与线上销售同步的五同步的汽车出口竞争策略。
In view of the current situation of domestic automobile export trade,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of domestic automobile enterprises.The paper puts forward the auto export competition strategy of five synchronization:technology upgrade and management upgrade,enterprise independent innovation and government policy support,traditional market consolidation and emerging market expansion,industrial upgrading and green energy saving development,offline sales and online sales.
