方块踏步运动对脑卒中患者平衡及步态的影响

Effect of square stepping exercise on the balance and gait of stroke patients

目的观察方块踏步运动对脑卒中患者平衡及步态的影响。方法选取北京燕化医院2019年8月至2020年5月住院的脑卒中患者60例,按随机数表法分成试验组与对照组,每组30例。对照组只进行常规康复治疗,试验组在此基础上增加方块踏步运动。于治疗前、治疗12周后分别进行患侧足底面积、Sway长度、步行状态下平均压力测试。结果治疗后,两组患侧足底面积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组Sway长度短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组步行状态下的平均压力大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规康复治疗的基础上辅助方块踏步运动,对提高脑卒中患者平衡及步态有显著效果,有助于患者生活质量的提高。

Objective To observe the effect of square step movement on the balance and gait of stroke patients.Methods 60 hospitalized stroke patients from August 2019 to May 2020 of Beijing Yanhua Hospital,were divided into experimental group and control group according to randomized digital table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group only underwent routine rehabilitation treatment,where square step movement was added in the experimental group.Average stress tests were performed on the affected side foot area,Sway length,and walking state before and 12 weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,there was no significant diffrence between the two groups in the plantar area of the affected side(P>0.05),the Sway length of the experimental group was shorter than the control group(P<0.01);the mean pressure in walking state of control group was less than the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Square step movement on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment has a significant effect on improving the balance and gait of stroke patients,and is conducive to the improvement of patients’quality of life.
