基于数据挖掘探讨外用中药治疗糖尿病足的用药规律

Discussion on the medication rule of topical Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes foot based on data mining

目的 通过挖掘中医外治法的临床病例报道,应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),归纳总结出中医外治法治疗糖尿病足的高频药物。通过探索用药规律,以期为中药新方开发提供一定的参考。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方等平台近20年的中医外治法治疗糖尿病足的临床观察文献,对于疗效较好的药物进行收集整理,并纳入中医传承辅助平台,对药物进行频次统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析,总结出外治法治疗糖尿病足的用药规律。结果 筛选出治疗糖尿病足的方剂203首,涉及药物255味。药物归经多以肝、脾、心经为主,药性以温、寒、平居多,药味以苦、辛、甘居多,以活血化瘀类药物为主。结论 治疗糖尿病足的药物以活血化瘀为主,与糖尿病足的病机相符,为以后临床应用中医外治法治疗糖尿病足提供了一定的依据。

Objective To summarize the high-frequency drugs for the treatment of diabetes foot by mining the clinical case reports of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V2.5), and to explore the law of drug use, in order to provide some reference for the development of new prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The clinical observation literature on the treatment of diabetes foot by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in recent 20 years was retrieved from CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and other platforms. The drugs with good curative effect were collected and sorted out, and included into the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance. The drugs were analyzed by frequency statistics, association rule analysis, cluster analysis, and the drug law of external treatment for diabetes foot was summarized. Results 203 prescriptions for the treatment of diabetes foot were selected, involving 255 drugs. The drugs mainly belong to liver, spleen and heart meridians, and the drugs were mainly warm, cold and flat. The drugs were mainly bitter, pungent and sweet,and the drugs that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis were mainly used. Conclusion It is concluded that the drugs for the treatment of diabetes foot are mainly to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, which is consistent with the pathogenesis of diabetes foot, and provides a certain basis for the clinical application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes foot in the future.
