霍乱弧菌H2C全基因组测序及序列分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 了解霍乱弧菌产毒株的基因序列,为霍乱基因组学研究提供资料,对可能发生的公共卫生突发事件提供保障。方法 利用Illumina Hiseq测序平台对1株霍乱弧菌(Vibrio cholerae)H2C进行了全基因组测序,对基因组进行组装、基因预测和功能注释。结果 H2C基因组大小为4.09 Mb,GC含量为47.34%,预测编码基因3 642个。在H2C基因组中注释到3 252个基因具有直系同源蛋白簇分类,共查到111个tRNA和9个rRNA基因。与代谢通路相关基因2 366个,与毒力相关基因417个。通过KEGG定位到RTX、CTX和TCP毒力相关基因簇。结论 霍乱弧菌H2C携带多种毒力相关基因,对该菌致病性及环境适应性起到关键作用。 Objective To understand the gene sequence ofVibrio choleraestrains,so as to provide basis for further investigation and protection for possible public health emergencies.Methods Vibrio choleraeH2C was sequenced using the Illumina HiSeq platform for genome assembly,gene prediction and functional annotation.Results The genome size of strain H2C is 4.09 Mb with GC content of 47.34% and 3 642 expected encodes genes.In H2C genome,3 252 genes were classified by lineal homologous protein cluster,and 111 tRNA and 9 rRNA genes were detected.There were 2 366 genes related to metabolic pathway and417 genes related to virulence.Gene clusters associated with RTX,CTX and TCP virulence were identified by KEGG.Conclusion Vibrio choleraeH2C carries many virulence related genes,which play a key role in pathogenicity and environmental adaptability.
