摘要
由于系统电机始终工作在恒转矩满负荷的运行状态下,传统火电厂翻车机系统普遍存在电能浪费及设备损耗问题。为解决该问题,以某电厂两台700 MW机组的翻车机系统为研究对象,以拨车机与推车机两大设备为主体,提出电机投入率跟随负荷动态调整的节能控制优化方案。首先在翻车机系统上增加基于电机动态投入的节能控制模块,然后采用软硬件协同的方式实现控制优化。在改进后的翻车机系统中,电机跟随系统负荷动态调整投入率,从而提高翻车机系统的生产效率。实际运行情况表明,在相同的运行工况下,所提的节能控制方案能够显著降低拨车机与推车机的电能消耗与设备损耗,提高翻车机系统运行的经济性与稳定性。
The electric energy waste and equipment loss are common in the traditional dumper system of thermal power plants,for the motors of the system always work under constant torque and full load conditions.Taking the dumper system of two 700 MW units in a power plant as the research object,and taking the traction machine and the trolley machine as the main equipment,an energy saving control optimization scheme is proposed.Firstly,an energy-saving control module based on the dynamic input of the motor is added to the dumper system,and then the control optimization is realized by means of software and hardware coordination.In the improved dumper system,the motor dynamically adjusts the input rate following the system load,thereby improving the production efficiency of the dumper system.The actual operating conditions show that under the same operating conditions,the proposed energy saving control scheme can significantly reduce the power consumption and equipment loss of the traction machine and the trolley machine,and improve the economy and stability of the operation of the dumper system.
