区域配电网主设备运行数据监控模型及评估方法研究

Research on operation data monitoring model and evaluation method of main equipment in regional distribution network

针对区域配电网主设备功率因数低下、负荷配置不合理、配电网节能性能差等弊端严重影响配电网发展的问题,开展了区域配电网主设备运行数据监控模型及评估方法研究。通过将变压器和输电线路的运行数据进行预处理、建立运行能效数据模型,从变压器、输电线路、无功补偿、新设备等方面建立统一的区域配电网主设备运行数据监控模型。并采用无量纲处理法将不同形式的指标进行统一标准化处理,用层次分析法构造了评价矩阵、层次单排序,实现一致性检验。通过对某区域配电网的实际运行数据进行算例分析实验,验证了文中所提方法的有效性。

In view of the problems of low power factor of main equipment in regional distribution network,unreasonable load configuration and poor energy⁃saving performance of distribution network,which seriously affect the development of distribution network,the operation data monitoring model and evaluation method of main equipment in regional distribution network is carried out.By preprocessing the operation data of transformer and transmission line,and establishing the operation energy efficiency data model,a unified operation data monitoring model of main equipment in regional distribution network is established from the aspects of transformer,transmission line,reactive power compensation,new equipment,etc.The non dimensional processing method is used to unify and standardize different forms of indicators,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to construct the evaluation matrix and hierarchical single sort to realize the consistency test.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of a regional distribution network.
