伴随着新兴信息科学技术的发展,互联网与其下延伸发展的云计算、大数据技术应运而生。“智慧”这一概念被注入了城市建设的全过程,解决了城市发展进程中的交通拥堵、资源短缺以及环境恶化等问题。建设智慧社区对提升城市公共服务和促进社会治理有着重要意义。基于“互联网+”背景下打造智慧社区,强化社区电子政务、物业监管、智慧养老、医疗卫生管理以及社区教育等方面的系统建设,通过加强政府引导,实现智慧社区顶层设计,关注基础设施建设,重塑社区价值理念,从而依托“互联网+”的概念实现智慧社区的有效建设。
