LNG罐箱内河运输风险辨识

摘要 目前国内企业所做的LNG罐箱水上运输已有多项成功实例,但LNG罐箱内河运输安全问题依旧有待分析。为了对LNG罐箱内河运输进行风险辨识,该文先对内河运输的沿线环境和LNG罐箱在内河的运输过程进行风险分析,得出其中的风险因素,然后采用事故树和事件树分析法,对内河环境进行风险识别和后果演绎,得到事故树的51个基本事件和事件树的17项后果事件,并计算了每个后果事件的概率。 At present,domestic enterprises have made many successful cases of water transportation of LNG tanks and containers,but the safety problems of inland river transportation of LNG tanks and containers still need to be analyzed.In order to carry on the risk identification to the LNG container via inland waterways transportation,this article carries on the risk analysis to the environment of inland waterways transport and the transportation process of LNG container in the inland waterways,and the risk factors were obtained.Then,by using accident tree and event tree analysis,the risk identification and consequence deduction of inland waterways environment are carried out.51basic events of the accident tree and 17 consequence events of the event tree were obtained,and calculated the probability of each consequence event.
