大数据环境下高校图书馆智库服务发展路径探析

On the Development Path of University Library Think Tank Service in the Big Data Environment

随着互联网发展和各种信息技术的应用,社会进入了一个信息高速增长的时代,即大数据时代。高校智库服务既是图书馆自身生存发展的内在需要,也是中国特色智库发展对高校图书馆的外在要求。该文分析了我国高校图书馆智库服务现状,从建立高校图书馆智库服务联盟、实现联盟馆间资源共享、搭建高校图书馆间资源共享平台、建立高校图书馆智库服务保障机制这几方面探讨了大数据环境下高校图书馆智库服务发展路径。

With the development of the Internet and the application of various information technologies,we have entered an era of rapid information growth,namely the era of big data.University think tank service is not only the internal need of the library’s own survival and development,but also the external requirement of the development of national think tanks with Chinese characteristics for university libraries.This paper analyzes the status quo of think tank service of university libraries in China,and probes into the development path of think tank service of university libraries in the big data environment from the aspects of establishing a think tank service alliance of university libraries,realizing resource sharing among the alliance libraries,building a resource sharing platform among university libraries,and establishing a think tank service guarantee mechanism of university libraries.
