济南市图书馆网络信息服务研究

Research on Network Information Service of Jinan Library

为了解济南市图书馆网络信息服务水平,采用网络调查法以济南市图书馆为例对公共图书馆网络信息服务进行调查,并在图书馆官方网站、图书馆微信平台展开调研。通过调研,指出网络环境下济南市图书馆网络信息服务现状,以及济南市图书馆网络信息服务人员主动性和素养差、信息资源建设不完善、微信服务平台使用程度低等问题。最后对于其网络信息服务中存在的不足提出相应的对策。

In order to understand the network information service level of Jinan Library,this paper uses the network survey method to investigate the network information service of public libraries,and conducts research on the official website of the library and the WeChat platform of the library.It points out the current situation of Jinan Library network information service under the network environment,and points out the problems such as poor initiative and quality of Jinan library network information service staff,imperfect information resource construction and low use degree of WeChat service platform.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the shortcomings in its network information service.
