摘要
目的探讨后疫情时期实习护生主动性人格和职业获益感的现状以及两者之间的相关性。方法采用实习护生一般资料调查问卷、职业获益感量表和主动性人格量表对280名实习护生进行调查。结果护理实习生职业获益感总分为(133.80±21.4)分;影响实习护生职业获益感的主要因素是家庭居住地和主动性人格。结论护理实习生职业获益感处于中等偏上水平,学校院校和医院实习单位可通过培养护生的主动性人格从而提升其职业获益感。
Objective To explore the status quo of proactive personality and career benefit of nursing students in post epidemic period and the correlation between them.Methods A total of 280 nursing students were investigated with the general information questionnaire,Perceived Professional Benefit Scale and Proactive Personality Scale.Results The total score of career benefit of nursing interns was(133.80±21.4).Family residence and proactive personality were the main factors affecting the career benefit of nursing students.Conclusions The professional benefit sense of nursing interns is above medium level.Schools,colleges and hospitals can improve the professional benefit sense of nursing students by cultivating proactive personality.
