摘要
当前,基于不同技术原理的无人机反制系统不断推出,众多反制系统各有优劣,针对不同应用环境,反制系统之间的选择和对比仍是个难点。为解决对反制系统的评估问题,从处置效果、二次灾害、易用性以及设备质量四个方面设定评估指标,建立了各指标的模糊隶属度函数,并用模糊层次分析法确定了各一级、二级指标在评价体系中所占权重。在利用激光打击和无线电干扰这两种具有代表性的反制技术进行“低慢小”民用无人机处置试验的基础上,由评估模型结合试验采集数据对不同反制系统进行了有效评估,证明了该评价体系的可行性。
At present,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)counter control systems based on different technical principles are constantly launched.Many counter control systems have their own advantages and disadvantages.For different application environments,the choice and comparison between the counter systems is still a nodus.Therefore,in order to solve the evaluation problem of the reaction system,this paper sets up the evaluation indexes from four aspects:disposal effect,secondary disasters,ease of use and equipment quality,establishes the fuzzy membership function of each index,and determines the weight of each primary and secondary index in the evaluation system by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of the“low slow small”civil UAV disposal test using the typical countermeasures of laser strike and radio interference,the evaluation model combined with the test data is used to effectively evaluate the different countermeasures,providing the feasibility of the evaluation system.
