【目的】分析开放注释理念下的出版后同行评议实践方案,为我国期刊完善评议形式、促进科学交流提供参考。【方法】通过文献分析法与案例分析法,介绍开放注释与出版后同行评议结合的优势与适用性,分析我国相关实践及不足,提出改进对策。【结果】开放注释具有可发现、可关联、可重用的特征,有助于实现参与、互动、透明的出版后同行评议,我国期刊可结合自身实际,通过优化平台建设与功能布局、规范角色协调与流程管理、重视内容监管与版权保障,发挥开放注释优势,推进出版后同行评议的发展。【结论】Web 2.0环境下,开放注释在民主知识交流、开放科研协作等学术出版流程中具有广阔发展空间,可有效助力我国科技期刊高质量发展。

[Purposes] This paper aims to summarize the practice of post publishing peer review(PPPR) amid open annotation, which is expected to help improve the peer review and promote the communication of scientific journals in China. [Methods] With the methods of literature research and case study, we discussed the advantages and applicability of combination of open annotation and PPPR, analyzed related practices and the deficiencies, and proposed solutions. [Findings] Open annotation is identifiable, linkable, and reusable, which can help to achieve participative, interactive, and transparent PPPR. Based on their own conditions, Chinese journals should adopt the following strategies to boost PPPR: optimizing the platform construction and function layout, standardizing role coordination and process management, and valuing content supervision and copyright protection. [Conclusions] In the era of Web 2.0, open annotation has huge development potential in academic publishing such as democratic knowledge communication and open scientific collaboration, which will promote the development of Chinese scientific journals.
