Research on the New Pattern and Opportunities of“The Belt and Road”to Promote Talent Cultivation in Southeast Asian Countries

“一带一路”建设是一项长久的国家战略。在共建“一带一路”的倡议推动下,云南与周边国家在投资贸易、口岸通关、文化旅游、科教文卫等领域的务实合作日益深入,并对其人才培养格局产生了主要影响。以分析中国在东盟国家的投资情况为切入点,探索“一带一路”建设促进东南亚国家人才培养的新格局和新机遇,并对“地尽其利、人尽其才、互联互通”赋予的新内涵展开研究。

“The Belt and Road”Construction is a long-term national strategy.Driven by the joint construction of the“The Belt and Road”,the practical cooperation between Yunnan and neighboring countries in the fields of investment and trade,port customs clearance,cultural tourism,science,education,culture and health has become increasingly in-depth,and has had a major impact on its talent training pattern.This article takes the analysis of China s investment in ASEAN countries as the starting point,explores the new pattern and new opportunities for“The Belt and Road”construction to promote the cultivation of talents in Southeast Asian countries,and does a research on the new connotation of“making the best use of the land,making the best use of talents,and interconnecting”.
