高校智慧思政应用意愿影响机制的实证研究

摘要 智慧思政作为思想政治教育的新形态,只有得到应用主体的认可和接受,才能有效开展探索与实践。以技术接受模型(TAM)为理论基础,从感知易用性、感知有用性、使用态度、行为倾向、外部因素五个维度设计量表,建立智慧思政应用意愿概念模型,并运用结构方程模型检验研究假设,探讨了不同因素对智慧思政应用意愿的影响,提出了通过规范性压力来强化认知提高主体智慧思政应用的自发意愿,通过合理性的制度设计来提高主体智慧思政应用的积极意愿,通过有效的宣传与培训来提高主体智慧思政应用的认同意愿。 As a new form of ideological and political education,intelligent ideological and political education can achieve effective exploration and practice only when recognized and accepted by the subject of its application.Based on the theory of technology acceptance model(TAM),we designed a scale on the five dimensions of perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,attitude toward using,behaviour and external factors to establish a conceptual model of the willingness to apply intelligent ideological and political education and used structural equation model to test our hypothesis.Then we discussed the influence of different factors on the willingness to use and proposed to strengthen the cognition and improve the subject’s spontaneous willingness to use through norms and enforcement,to improve the subject’s positive willingness to use through rational system design and to improve the subject’s willingness to recognize and use through effective propaganda and training.
